No. We do not promote the use of diet pills or any dieting trends. Our mission is to help you reconnect your body with its natural ability to heal. Therefore, some vitamin supplements may be suggested, on a very minimal level and only as deemed absolutely necessary. Our approach is focused on promoting healthy lifestyle choices and holistic wellness practices that support long-term health and beauty goals. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and program participants, and do not support any harmful or potentially dangerous weight loss methods, because we believe that beauty is more than skin deep and true radiance comes from within.

No. You do not need to follow a specific diet to see results. Our mission is not to restrict your current diet, but to help you identify where change may be necessary. You are in complete control of your habits, therefore, you are in complete control of your results. We offer personalized beauty plans that are tailored to your individual needs and goals, which may include nutrition recommendations. However, we understand that everyone's lifestyle and dietary preferences are unique, and we work with you to find a plan that works best for you.

Is the Total Body Beauty and Wellness Program led by a physician or nutritionist?

This 6-month Intensive was developed by a Nutritionist who is also a Medical Assistant with over 10 years of professional medical and nutrition experience. With a deep understanding of the human body and its nutritional needs, our expert has designed a comprehensive program that focuses on achieving optimal health and beauty from the inside out. Our program includes a holistic approach that combines nutrition, skincare, and self-care practices to help participants improve their overall well-being and enhance their natural beauty.

Question 5

How long does the Total Body Beauty and Wellness Intensive program last?

The program duration is 6 months, but it officially starts with your first coaching meeting. You can choose to opt-out of one-on-one sessions and access the training calendar before setting up any sessions with the lifestyle and nutrition coach. The program will end once you achieve your ideal hair length or weight goal or goals within the 6-month period, unless you decide to continue for its duration.

What happens if I need to leave the Total Body Beauty and Wellness Intensive program early?

We understand that life happens and circumstances may change, but we encourage participants to communicate with us if they are considering leaving the program early, so we can work together to find a solution that works for everyone. If you choose to exit the program after reaching your goal or goals (before the full 6 months period has completed), we will work with you to ensure that you have the tools and resources necessary to maintain your progress on your own. We will also be available to answer any questions you may have and provide support, as needed. Please be aware that refunds for early exit from the program are not available and you are responsible for any remaining balances on a payment plan.

Can I bring in the brands I currently use for hair and skin care?

Yes. Complete Beauty Solutions welcomes you to allow us to examine the brands you currently use for your hair and skin care. This will not only assist in our efforts to get you better results, but it will help us to help you to identify what brands are actually for you. We believe that every individual is unique and requires a customized approach when it comes to beauty solutions. Therefore, we take a personalized approach to every client's and participant's needs and preferences. Our experienced professionals will examine your current brands and recommend the best products that will suit your specific needs. We prioritize our clients' and participants' satisfaction and will do everything we can to ensure that you receive the results you desire.

Does Complete Beauty Solutions require clients and participants to take before and after photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We require a "before" photo for our records, in order to help identify problem areas and surface concerns. This is usually due at or after the very first meeting to assess individual goals and the realism thereof. We also require periodic "update" photos throughout the Total Body Beauty and Wellness program, usually as a monthly progress note,  in order to help identify additional areas of concern or adjustments, if necessary.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

No worries. We understand that life happens. As long as you maintain open lines of communication with us, we will happily work with you through your difficulties. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting for an opening. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we may need to charge a cancellation fee. However, we will always work with you to find a solution that works for everyone. Just give us a call or send us an email as soon as you know you need to make a change to your appointment.

Yes, all of our hair and skin care products are made with certified organic and natural ingredients, making them safe for use on children's hair and skin. However, our Protein Collection is not recommended for usage under 3 years. When using any product on children's hair and skin, be sure to use smaller amounts (nickel-sized or less) and perform a patch test before applying to the entire area.
